Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Project implementation planning
∎ Supervising & monitoring of different works.
∎ Design & drawing related co -ordination.
∎ Prepare guidelines of appropriate materials for each specific item.
∎ Interior Site Supervision & management
∎ Interior project BOQ.
∎ Labor management.
∎ Material management
∎ Quality controlling
∎ Meeting with Client & Internal top management.
∎ Bill checking & preparation of item wise work.
∎ Through knowledge about interior & building construction materials.
∎ Experience about interior project implementation process including Client & Contractor handling, labor management, construction schedule etc.
∎ Hard working capacity and dedication for timely handover of task.
∎ Coordinate with other departments.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Architecture Firm, Interior Design Firm
