Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Make purchase requisition from monthly planning by user.
∎ Make GRN of all received goods as per Challan/PO.
∎ Goods deliver to user by approved move order & transit in ERP.
∎ Gate pass prepared (final & returnable).
∎ Prepared store inventory daily, monthly & yearly.
∎ Practical experience in Microsoft word, excel & power point.
∎ Maintain & update Bin card in physical & software.
∎ Fuel & lubricants received-issue & prepared consumption report.
∎ Maintain reorder level with FEFO, FIFO, LIFO & EOQ system.
∎ Assist in internal auditor during annual internal inventory by audit.
∎ Any other duties assign by authority
