Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Assist for arranging and overseeing all types of administrative tasks in the office.
∎ Perform general administration and logistic service for the organization.
∎ Coordinate and direct work activities for admin staff.
∎ Preparation / Issuing office notes, memos, and office orders.
∎ Preparing the duty roaster and ensuring the service standard of team members.
∎ Ensure administrative policy & procedure for smooth running.
∎ Any other task assign by the management.
