Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Supply Chain Management or Operational Management or Finance, Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Supply Chain Management or Operational Management or Finance, Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Civil Engineering/Mechanical/EEE

Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 4 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Construction sector
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Developer, Real Estate, Engineering Firms

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Receive and manage requisition from users.
∎ Contact the suppliers to place the orders and get their offers, negotiate their prices and payment terms and conditions and determine the delivery date.
∎ Issue Purchases Order (PO) and inform concern user duly. Monitor the delivery of required items and process bill of payment.
∎ Handle incoming materials complaints and take corrective and preventive actions in coordination with immediate supervisor.
∎ Responsible for material planning for Raw Materials, Packing Materials and Production Consumables and control inventory and warehouse activities.
∎ Maintain proper documentation of all works as per ISO guideline.
∎ Motivate, organize and encourage teamwork within the workforce.
∎ Perform any other tasks assigned by the superior as and when required.
