Educational Requirements:
∎ BBA/ MBA or Equivalent Degree from any reputed university
∎ Result:
∎ S.S.C - Minimum 4.00 out of 5.00 or equivalent result
∎ H.S.C - Minimum 4.00 out of 5.00 or equivalent result
∎ BBA or Equivalent - Minimum 3.00 out of 4.00

Experience Requirements:
∎ At most 1 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Accounting, Administration, Store
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain official Documents, personnel records and ensure proper documentation of concern department as per company policy.
∎ Handling different types of Department related claims efficiently.
∎ Follow up daily activities as organization demand with strong supervision.
∎ Checking suppliers bills and pass for approval.
∎ To prepare different types of report, maintain registers, ledger of concern department.
∎ Review the papers & send to management for payment.
∎ To perform responsibilities as assigned by the Departmental Heads or Management from time to time.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Sound knowledge in Microsoft Excel is a must.
∎ Experience in ERP Software will get preference.
∎ Able to work under pressure, team work & negotiation skill.
∎ Must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
∎ Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
∎ Honest, dynamic, dedicated and responsible individuals are desired in the company.
