Job Responsibilities:
∎ To receive inbound call from clients & provide adequate information.
∎ Customer Complaint management.
∎ Booking meeting schedule with customer as their possible time.
∎ Keep records of client details & conversation for further business.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 21 years
∎ Good Communication skills.
∎ Adequate knowledge in negotiation.
∎ Ability to work under pressure and hard working.
∎ Smart and outspoken
∎ To align with company culture.
∎ Fresher’s can apply but experience in telesales will get preference
