Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Schedule appointments for Candidates.
∎ Answer the telephone promptly and call potential candidates.
∎ Provide accurate information to the candidates.
∎ Produce call reports with details.
∎ Attend training programs regularly.
∎ Other reasonably related duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 18 to 30 years
∎ Freshers are encouraged to apply.
∎ Must have an excellent command of English.
∎ The applicant should have experience in the following area(s): Student Counselling, Call Center, Customer Care, and Customer Support through Phone, Data Entry, Marketing, and Telemarketing.
∎ Must have excellent analytical skills.
∎ Working Hours: Saturday - Thursday (10 AM to 6 PM)
∎ Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects.
∎ Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection. Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints.
∎ Knowledge of relevant computer programs (CRM Software) and telephone systems.
Salary: Tk. 12000 - 15000 (Monthly)
