∎ BHMS / BUMS or B. Pharm / M. Pharm from reputed university with excellent academic records

Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure 100% trainee enrollment for various training courses
∎ Prepare training curriculum, module and materials for training programs
∎ Update training manual as per updated guideline
∎ Maintain quality of training as per partner's guidelines
∎ Conduct, Supervise, coordinate and monitor training
∎ Conducting factory Visit, Doctor conference etc.
∎ Any other task assigned by the supervisor

Additional Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 years' Experience in training department will get preference.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Pharmaceuticals, Training institute etc.
∎ Well conversant with MS office applications.
∎ Excellent communication skill both in Bengali & English.
