∎ Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Operation and overall maintenance of available CNC machine tools.
∎ Preparing, mounting, aligning and securing tools, attachments and Jobs using hand tools and other measuring instruments.
∎ Checking the accuracy of machined parts using templates or measuring tools and dismounting them from machine in a defect less condition (e.g. without any mismatch in drawing, tool marks and improper surface finish etc.).
∎ General idea of operation and maintenance of available manual machine tools. Maintain records for received jobs in the machines and supervision of their operation and proper machining.
∎ Operation, maintenance and fabrication of production machineries and equipment.
∎ As a shift in-charge, working for the preparation of production equipment/machineries and correspondence with other relevant departments.
∎ Have to adjust TMT as per designed bar size and control mill speed, pressure & flow rate.
∎ Assuring bar dia checking in every 10-15 minutes, tensile testing in 25-30 minutes & Bend testing, re-bend testing in every 2 hours.
∎ Sample collection in order to maintain best quality.
∎ Segregating rebar of over and under dia & insufficient strength.
∎ Preparing better sample & recording in register book when customers want samples.
∎ Universal Testing Machine maintenance after 15 day.
∎ Keeping record of all data under the operation of TMT, Mill speed & other works.
∎ Testing Billet & Bar chemical composition from KBIL Lab.
∎ When non-confirming bar is produced, then immediately reporting to Production in-charge. If this quality problem is not solved, then it is reported to higher authority.
∎ Working anywhere as superior's demand.
∎ Making proper communication to all other department.
∎ Keeping the working area neat & clean.
∎ Any other job assigned by the higher authority is done for the benefit of the company.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 23 to 30 years
∎ Experience in Mechanical Maintenance in heavy industries will be preferred.
∎ Minimum 1-2 Year's experience as Jr. Engineer (QC)
∎ Sincere, Energetic & ability to do work under pressure.
∎ Ability to do work unusual hours.
∎ Computer knowledge.
∎ Must be adjustable with factory environment.
