∎ Well conversant on Computer literacy. Hardworking and can manage stressful situations. Must have related experience in any large steel industry. Identify, formulate and produce effective solutions to emerging problems. Must have sound knowledge and maintenance work experience on induction furnace. To be able to lead the team & handle all types of emergency situation when arise during the shift. Must have good working knowledge about all the operation & control system of the running machinery. Should have good interpersonal skills. Smart, energetic & hard working candidates are preferable. Should be courageous, proactive, intelligent and vigilant. Ability to work under pressure.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Ensure safe and proper operational setting of reheating furnace according to product size and productivity as per SOP. Time to time monitoring furnace safety, equipment function, alarm on HMI. Maintain log book of operating parameter, billet heat number, Raw material (Billet) stacking information and other regular activities. Proper communication with rolling bay for breakdown/stoppage duration and control furnace operating parameter accordingly. Ensure a safe, sound and clean working area surrounding whole Furnace area. Maintain a best network and friendly relationship with production team and other related departments. Should have the capability of leading the worker under own supervision and follow the instruction of shift in-Charge. Any job assigned by respective authority.
