Educational Requirements:
∎ MBBS with BMDC Registration.
∎ DCH/FCPS/MD/any equivalent degree recognized by BMDC.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To work and responsibilities.
∎ Must have leadership skills to monitor medical officers, sisters & others staffs of NICU.
∎ Attend all new patient to guide medical officer.
∎ Follow up of all patient of NICU to check files and investigations and if need add or discontinue of drugs é consent of respective consultant.
∎ Provide counseling or other psychological services to patients.
∎ To know all procedures of NICU, like IV canulation, ABG, urethral, umbilical catheterization, LP, ETT, and intubation etc.
∎ Repeated counseling of critically ill patient and manage to ensure written consent of patient party.
∎ Must have managing power as per protocol. But if need to change any protocol regarding management, have to consult é respective consultant or in-charge before making any decision.
∎ Ability to maintain healthy environment.
∎ Any others task assigned by the management from time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 50 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ An excellent interpersonal and leadership skill.
∎ Proficiency with the use of computer.
∎ Good time management and organizational skills.
∎ Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills.
