Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Manage project site to monitor construction progress according to design as well as management decisions.
∎ Doing feasibility assessments and site inspections.
∎ Preparing and implementing project plans.
∎ Researching and providing estimates for projects.
∎ Reviewing government regulations and ordinances.
∎ Monitoring and optimizing safety procedures and regulatory compliance.
∎ Making recommendations or presenting alternative solutions to problems.·
∎ Familiarity with design software, such as Autodesk, AutoCAD, Civil 3D.
∎ Supervise and monitor regular activities of project site, prepare and verify bill and report regular progress of work to superior.
∎ Check site materials quality and volume.
∎ Controlling wastage of materials during execution of work.
∎ Any other activities as and when required by the management.
