∎ Proven experience (3–5 years preferred) as an AutoCAD Draftsman in an architectural firm or construction environment.
∎ Proficient in AutoCAD; knowledge of Revit, SketchUp, or 3Ds Max is a plus.
∎ Strong knowledge of architectural detailing, building materials, and construction techniques.
∎ Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural drawings.
∎ Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
∎ Good communication skills and ability to work under deadlines.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Prepare accurate architectural drawings and technical details using AutoCAD based on sketches, rough drafts, or verbal instructions.
∎ Create plans, elevations, sections, and construction documents for residential, commercial, or mixed-use projects.
∎ Modify and update existing drawings to reflect design changes.
∎ Collaborate with architects, engineers, and designers to ensure drawings meet project specifications and standards.
∎ Ensure compliance with relevant codes, regulations, and company drafting standards.
∎ Organize and maintain drawing files and project documentation.
∎ Assist in preparing 2D presentation drawings and basic 3D visuals (if needed).
∎ Coordinate with on-site teams to incorporate feedback and revisions.
∎ We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced AutoCAD Draftsman with a strong architectural background to support our design team. The candidate will be responsible for preparing architectural drawings, working drawings, and construction documents using AutoCAD and other design tools.
