∎ Bachelor of Architecture (B. Arch) from BUET/ BRAC/ MIST

Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To prepare design & working drawings of Interior, Exterior & Landscaping projects.
∎ The candidate must have the responsibility of Full projects. From the starting part to End part, maximum responsibilities will go to the candidate. Client meeting, Design part, Project execution, Site monitoring this part of job will be his responsibility.
∎ Expert in presentation skills. Sufficient knowledge about interior, Exterior & landscaping design is necessary.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Experience in Developments Costing, analysis, and budgeting for Project.
∎ Sound Knowledge in Modern Interior, Exterior & landscaping Design & Drawing.
∎ Should have sufficient knowledge of various materials used in modern architecture.
∎ Should be able to solve conceptual architectural plans independently of any kind of structure.
∎ Software knowledge: Auto Cad, 3d Studio Max, Sketchup, V-ray/ LUMION, Other 3d Software, Microsoft Office & Graphics Software.
∎ BOQ knowledge
∎ Good presentation skill,
∎ Client Relationship Management,
∎ Working with a large team.

Salary: Negotiable
