∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
3D Max, Architecture, Auto CAD Designing, Building & Factory Design With 3d Visualization
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Architecture Firm
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Designs projects and/or review architectural or engineering plans, specifications and contract documents to ensure compliance with government codes, laws and regulations.
∎ Advise on the interpretation of plans, recommends changes when necessary.
∎ Prepares and/or review preliminary designs, working drawings, specifications and cost estimates related to the project.
∎ Provides technical expertise in development or review of policies and procedures in relation to architectural structures and systems and construction/safety codes.
∎ Researches literature and maintain knowledge of current building materials, structural, mechanical and electrical system codes and methods of application.
∎ Extensive knowledge in using of Auto-CAD ,sketch up and 3D Max software
∎ Experience in designing of commercial and factory buildings
∎ Experience in interior design of commercial / industrial buildings.
∎ Knowledge of Architectural Code of Practices, Bangladesh National Building Code (BNBC), RAJUK building standards, and USGBC LEED Standards.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Bachelor in architecture from reputed public university like BUET/ CUET/ KUET/ RUET/Shahjalal University of Science and Technology.
∎ Clear understanding on BNBC/AISC/ASCE and other related international codes
∎ Successful candidate has to communicate with the architectural firm and clients and produce design that reflects Client's desire.
