∎ Age 22 to 35 years
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Clear understanding and detail about architectural building construction, interior design, and authority approval drawing.
∎ Prepare 3D design as per the instruction of the lead Architect.
∎ Creating realistic 3D models and working drawings by computer-aided design (Sketch-up, Auto CAD, 3D studio max, Lumion, V- Ray, D5.)
∎ Specification drawing, Interior design working drawing 2D format.·
∎ Understanding and preparing shop drawings.
∎ A clear understanding of site visit and status.
∎ Perform any other tasks assigned by the management·
∎ Sound Knowledge of modern interior Design & amp; Drawing. The visualizer must have a strong capability in residence design, office design, restaurant design, stage design, and full working drawings.
∎ Any other Design-related duties assigned by the Principal Architect or management.
∎ Regular site visits are needed to follow up on ongoing projects. Perform other duties as assigned by the superiors. Meet deadlines and work well under pressure
