∎ The Account Executive in Central Finance, reporting to the Regional Central Finance Lead, plays a crucial role in safeguarding the organization's assets and financial performance. The primary focus of the Account Executive is the timely and accurate preparation of monthly and annual financial statements. This role also involves collaborating with other members of the finance team for the completion of statutory audits under the supervision of the Regional Central Finance Lead while ensuring the compliances with VAT & Tax regulations as per the applicable laws
∎ Prepare and present monthly/annual financial statements and complete the statutory audit under the supervision and guidance of the Regional Central Finance Lead
∎ Submit monthly online VAT/Tax Returns, Annual Tax returns, and Annual VAT return.
∎ Interact with banks to complete daily/monthly banking transactions
∎ Maintain proper documentation and submit it to the VAT/Tax Authorities as required
∎ Perform other Treasury-related functions such as cash flow management and payment validation in
∎ compliance with VAT and tax regulations
∎ Any other special project as assign by the management (Amalgamation , RJSC Activities , Central Banking reporting Etc.)
