Job Responsibilities:
∎ Process all the WO in JDE (knitting, dyeing, cutting, sewing) and provide to the production floor for the traceability and continues operation of the production.
∎ Give production entry in JDE, prepare the Production Report and send to the involved areas.
∎ Give reclassification entry in JDE to release container/ST in the case of lack of inventory.
∎ Close and review the WO in JDE.
∎ Give manual entry of consumption in the case that the system does not consume the WO.
∎ Provide Weekly KPI’s resume such as production, working loss, and suspended WO.
∎ Analyze and review the transaction in JDE and entry a possible solution in the case of any error.
∎ Print the in-hand report and provide to the production floor to verify the quantity on hand.
∎ In the case of any discrepancy in report to the involved areas and find the solution to the case.
∎ Generate cycle counts and give entry the information taken from the monthly inventory to adjust the inventory in JDE.
∎ Follow up of any problem that can affect the production and special orders.

∎ Age 22 to 30 years
