• Bachelor/Honors
• Masters

• Japanese Proficiency: JLPT N3 level.
• Bachelor’s Degree from a renowned university (Japanese Language, Linguistics, English, or related field preferred).

• Prior teaching experience in Japanese Language will be an added advantage.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong understanding of Japanese culture, etiquette, and academic/professional pathways.
• Patient, enthusiastic, and passionate about teaching.
• Ability to counsel and advise students regarding study/work opportunities in Japan.

• Teach Japanese Language courses (N5–N3 level) effectively to students.
• Conduct interactive classes focusing on speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills.
• Provide consultation and guidance for students planning to study or work in Japan.
• Prepare lesson plans, study materials, and practice tests according to JLPT standards.
• Assess student performance and provide constructive feedback.
• Organize workshops, cultural activities, and seminars related to Japanese language and culture.
• Assist in the development of language programs and contribute to curriculum planning.
• Maintain discipline and a positive learning environment in the classroom.
