Additional Requirements:
- Prior teaching experience in Japanese Language will be an added advantage.

- Strong understanding of Japanese culture, etiquette, and academic/professional pathways.
- Patient, enthusiastic, and passionate about teaching.
- Ability to counsel and advise students regarding study/work opportunities in Japan.
Responsibilities & Context:
- Teach Japanese Language courses (N5–N3 level) effectively to students.
- Conduct interactive classes focusing on speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills.
- Provide consultation and guidance for students planning to study or work in Japan.
- Prepare lesson plans, study materials, and practice tests according to JLPT standards.
- Assess student performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Organize workshops, cultural activities, and seminars related to Japanese language and culture.
- Assist in the development of language programs and contribute to curriculum planning.
- Maintain discipline and a positive learning environment in the classroom.
