Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing, Bachelor of Commerce (B. Com) in Finance, Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Management

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Sourcing candidates who wish to go to Japan in various occupations, including Japanese language students, technical interns, and SSWs.
∎ Corresponding within the Japan Head Quarter and taking care of the official activities.
∎ Provide verbal & written interpretation/ translation (Bengali or English to Japanese and Japanese to Bengali or English) when necessary.
∎ Screening candidates over the phone calls and Video conferencing platforms and creating resumes for qualified candidates and various documents procedures
∎ Ensure effective use of digital media (Facebook, YouTube, Twitter, etc.) to improve marketing and customer awareness.
∎ Manage all financial and accounting activities for business operations.
∎ Good MS Office skills with strong grab on MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel, and good email writing skills.
∎ Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with an ability to develop relationships at all levels with customers, representatives, and personnel
∎ Any other responsibilities assigned by the management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ Japanese Language Level: NAT/JLPT test N2 or N3. Fluency in Japanese & English speaking and writing.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Sales & Marketing, Accounting, Management
∎ Excellent communication skills, both oral and written in Japanese and English
∎ Excellent organizational skills
∎ Strong computer skills
