∎ Age 22 to 35 years

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Phone & e-mail – answering phones and responding to e-mails professionally & timely.
∎ High volume of customer quotes – price & delivery by phones, fax, or email.
∎ Determining correct material based on customer specifications.
∎ Obtaining quotes from vendors for material and outside processing.
∎ Sales Order & Purchase order entry.
∎ Assume responsibility of key house accounts.
∎ Coordination with Outside Sales and Management. Information & feedback.
∎ 8. Follow up and communication with customers – status & delivery.
∎ Coordination with Purchasing – stock levels and delivery.
∎ Initiate & follow up on customer returns and problems (credits & complaints).
∎ Maintains paper and digital records/files for the respective department.
∎ Assumes additional responsibilities and performs special projects as directed.
