Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in Computer in Computer Science Engineering
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: CCNA,MCSA,Tally
∎ Skills Required: Communication, Ms Office Suite

Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintenance, identifying and troubleshooting hardware, installing OS/software, and networking.
∎ Configure and Maintain LAN/WAN/WIFI connectivity and troubleshooting especially on Fiber Optics related work.
∎ Maintenance of IT inventory with proper documentation.
∎ Prepare, Install, Configure & Setup and also provide extensive support to PC, Laptop, UPS, Printer, and related Hardware and software issues instantly.
∎ Have experience on CCTV and Access control System, Multimedia Projector, Video Conference System operation and maintenance.
∎ Proficiency in MS Office including working knowledge in MS-Outlook on Exchange Environment.
∎ Installation & troubleshooting for Tally ERP software at client site
∎ Should be proficient in data & accounting practices in Tally ERP.
∎ Strong working knowledge of Tally is preferred
∎ Must be proficient in the use of Tally Developer Language (TDL).
∎ Ability to work under pressure and finish work timely.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 26 to 35 years
∎ Requirements Gathering and Analysis
∎ Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues
∎ At least 03 years working experience in relevant field
