∎ Green Granite & Marble Ltd, was established in 1995 for cutting and processing of quality natural stone in Bangladesh with Mr. Arif Hossain Chowdhury as its acting Managing director. We have the experience, capacity and detailed knowledge of the high-tech stone industry. Our state-of-the-art processing unit is capable of processing Marble, Granite, Limestone, Travertine, Onyx, etc. into slabs & tiles, cut-to-size and special recommended sizes to cater the wants of our customers specifications. We also specialise in providing Reconstituted Stone as the first promoters into the Bangladesh market.

∎ Our factory has area of approximatley 200,000 square meters of floor space and we employ over 500 skilled, semiskilled workers, support staff and highly qualified and experienced engineers & technicians. Green Granite & Marble Limited processing unit is located in the well-known industrial zone at Tatki, Tarabo very close to Dhaka, the capital city of Bangladesh.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Check opening Stocks as per Report on daily basis specially running items.
∎ Ensure adequate record keeping and manage all documentation to confirm proper stock levels and maintain inventory control.
∎ To check and receive purchased materials forwarded by the receiving department and to arrange for the storage in appropriate places.
∎ To coordinate with user department.
∎ To carry out any others task assigned by the superior
∎ Ensure proper storage of all Raw Materials. Confirm daily material delivery from store to the production floor as per their demand and control store Inventory properly.
∎ Monitor and maintain all required records, register, ledger & MIS reports of the store as well as inventory.
∎ check and supervise the daily receiving, issuing reports, and all other documents related to materials movement of the store.
∎ Preparing the monthly stock report and send it to the concerned Reporting department.
∎ Follow-up with the relevant Department for day-to-day requirements, fixing the timing for issues and receiving the materials,
∎ Update daily consumption, receiving of any materials, daily stock status, etc.as well as need to ensure store reorder level, overstock level.
∎ Prepare and maintain of Non-moving, Fast moving, Slow Moving Items, etc
∎ Ensure Reorder Level safety stock level inventory, plan and maintain all store items for smooth production
∎ Monitor warehouse activities to ensure that goods are stored correctly and safely and warehouse space is used efficiently
∎ Manage the regular activities & Operation of the Concern Store.
∎ Executing all the Day-to-Day Stores Function as per the Manual & SOP (Standard Operating Procedure)
∎ Ensure proper maintenance and operation of the store like safe receipt, storage, retrieval, and timely dispatch
∎ Ensure proper store compliance regarding goods inbound & outbound, warehouse management, safety, and security within the store.
∎ maintain the software-based system for materials delivering to the production floor as per plan.
∎ Make sure inventory control. Ensure minimum stock level.
