∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Advertising Ageny, BPO/ Data Entry Firm, Call Center, Direct Selling/Marketing Service Company, IT Enabled Service
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
∎ Follow communication "scripts" when handling different topics
∎ Identify customers' needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives
∎ Seize opportunities to upsell products when they arise
∎ Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile
∎ Keep records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way
∎ Frequently attend educational seminars to improve knowledge and performance level
∎ Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets
∎ Continually meeting or exceeding daily and monthly targets with respect to call volume and sales.
∎ Sending E-mails to potential clients and follow up them to close the deals.
∎ Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information.
∎ Other tasks assigned by management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 19 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply.
∎ Willing to work at Night Shift (USA).
∎ Fluent English Speaking and Good sales ability.
∎ Candidates with American accent and similar past experience will get preference
∎ Excellent communication skills
∎ Excellent email communication skills
