∎ Major in BBA, HSC, O Level, A-Level, Bachelor degree in any discipline.

∎ Skills Required: Appointment Setting, Call Center
Job Context:
∎ As we work for USA based Company so it is always Night Shifts.
∎ Working hour: BD Time (with break)
∎ Full time: 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM
∎ Do not apply If you are a Mama`s Boy
Job Responsibilities:
∎ We are looking for a Self-Motivated, Confident Telemarketer for Our Out-bound Campaigns.
∎ Candidates have to make a large number of outbound calls to USA to sell our products or services.
∎ Required Agent will have to work at NIGHT SHIFT (8:00 PM-5: 00 AM) from office.
∎ You have to be able to work 9 hours at Night and speak with our Customers over the phone.
∎ Excellent track records on MCA or Lead generation will get preference.
∎ Candidates should take the challenge to Fulfill sales targets.
∎ Should have good convincing skill and excellent sales skills.
∎ Last BUT not Least, no ABSENTEEISM & Late ALLOWED.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 18 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
Salary:
∎ Negotiable
∎ You can earn over 10k as a sales bonus if you have good Sales & communication skills.
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Performance bonus, Weekly 2 holidays
∎ Salary Review: Half Yearly
∎ Festival Bonus: 2
∎ Weekly 2 holidays (Sat & Sun).
∎ Attendance Bonus BDT-1000 Tk.
