∎ 1 to 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Call Centre Supervision/ Management, Good communication skills
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Advertising Ageny, BPO/ Data Entry Firm, Call Center, Direct Selling/Marketing Service Company, Market Research Firms, Telecommunication

Job Responsibilities:
∎ • Must have experience in an international call center sales/marketing
∎ • Having experience in the image editing industry will be an extra advantage
∎ • Doing online research and creating client data
∎ • Promote business over the phone in Europe or USA
∎ • Maintaining of follow-up list.
∎ • Calling clients to acquire the business (B2B)
∎ • Meet revenue targets set up by the management
∎ • Maintain inbound/outbound communication with clients in acquiring the business
∎ • Able to work Evenings or Night Shifts.
∎ • Graduation or similar or ongoing
∎ • Fluent in both spoken and written English is a MUST.
∎ • Telemarketing skills are an added advantage
∎ • Research-based data creation ability.
∎ • Strong leadership & communication skills.
∎ • Good verbal and written communication.
∎ • Strong customer focus with the ability to identify and solve problems
∎ • Need to manage own sales & achieve sales target on daily/weekly/monthly basis.
∎ • Ability to organize, prioritize and manage workflow
∎ • Ability to work well in a team environment
