Educational Requirements:
∎ O Level, A Level, Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ It doesn't matter what is your educational background as long as you can communicate in English fluently and have persuasion and selling skills!

∎ Preferably at least completed O/A levels from a reputable educational institute.
∎ Skills Required: BPO, Call Center Agent, call centre executive, Cold Calling, Computer skill, Data Entry Operator (English), Online Marketing

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): BPO Industries, IT Enabled Service Software Company Telecommunication, IT Enabled services
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): BPO/ Data Entry Firm, IT Enabled Service, Software Company
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Organize and efficiently handle a large volume of outbound and inbound calls to clients in the US and Canada.
∎ Provide superior service to all customers by understanding their needs/questions and responding to them in a professional and timely manner.
∎ Manage online sales and follow up until the order is delivered.
∎ Increase new sales or subscriptions to the various services offered.
∎ Capable of understanding and following the campaign "Script" provided by the company while addressing a wide range of topics.
∎ Receiving customer inquiries and selling services/products over the phone following the instructions.
∎ Keeping accurate records of customer information.
∎ Consistently meeting or exceeding daily and monthly call volume and sales targets.
∎ Apply appropriate tools, and provide accurate, valid, and complete information to the clients.
∎ Handle client complaints and offer appropriate solutions to establish long-term customer relationships.
∎ Refer unresolved customer complaints to designated personnel via the internal system for further investigation.
∎ Maintaining a courteous approach, ensuring the customer has a positive experience.
∎ Other related tasks delegated by management.
∎ Report complicated issues to the appropriate person regularly.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Convincing Capability, Customer Service, and Sales & Marketing.
∎ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are required to interact with customers and demonstrate good listening skills.

Salary: Tk. 15000 - 27000 (Monthly)

Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Performance bonus, weekly two holidays.

∎ Salary Review: Half-yearly.
∎ Two festival bonuses (will be entitled after completing Six months probation period)
