Job Responsibilities:
∎ Determines call center operational strategies.
∎ Develops call center systems by developing customer interaction.
∎ Maintains and improves call center operations by a monitoring system.
∎ Accomplishes call center human resource objectives by orienting, training, assigning, counselling.
∎ Prepares call center performance reports.
∎ Accomplishes organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests.
