• Implement and administer all assessment and quality assurance procedures in
• line with Awarding Organizations; directives
• Support, train, and guide learners to develop their personal and professional
• skills, ensuring successful qualification completion.
• Assess learners and provide feedback to a high standard, utilizing audio and
• video technology as necessary.
• Liaise with peer Assessors, Internal Quality Advisors, and management to share
• good practices and attend regular meetings for progress and standardization.
• Lead the development, planning, and delivery of short courses, teaching on
• these courses subject to area of expertise.
• Work closely with sales teams for new business development leads.
• Contribute to learner recruitment, retention, achievement, and curriculum
• development initiatives.
• Maintain ongoing personal and professional development in line with quality
• assurance policies.
• Participate in the enrolment and learner sign-up process and support in
• preparation for External Quality Assurance visits.
• Undertake other duties as specified by the line manager, commensurate with the
• post level.
