∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting, Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting
∎ Candidates with CA(CC) partly qualified FCMA/ will be given preference
Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Check details of supplier list, purchase requisition, purchase quotation, purchasing frequency, quantity & price.
∎ Check General Ledger, Month-end Trail Balance, Month-end fund requisition for expenses etc.
∎ Auditing monthly Salary statement.
∎ Check the expenditure payment through BFTN, RTGS, or Cash
∎ Verifying monthly Bank statement and Bank reconciliation.
∎ Factory bills, voucher checking and follow-up.
∎ Proceed all kinds of credit, cash, and adjustment bill.
∎ Auditing Over Time, Tiffin bill, lunch bill, conveyance bill, & product delivery bill etc.
∎ Verifying monthly physical Cash and cash equivalents.
∎ Follow up MRP checking whether item bill paid or not.
∎ Follow up LC and any other short receive reports
∎ C&F and transport rate following up and keep records of rates.
∎ Monthly report of VAT, TDS submission, year-end corporate tax report.
∎ Check Year-end Financial Statements as per BAS & LIAS.
∎ Document company policies and procedures.
∎ Prepare audit plan monthly, quarterly, yearly for the company.
∎ Identifying and document audit issues and propose resolutions.
∎ Any other task assigned by Management.

∎ Age 25 to 35 years

∎ Strong analytical skills, and ability to work independently and in a matrix and remote environment.
∎ Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills, including courage and dealing with ambiguity.
∎ Strong report writing skills.
∎ Excellent problem-solving ability.
∎ Self-initiated, independent and able to meet tight schedules.
∎ Ability to create and maintain good working relationships with teammates and all levels of staff members from various business units.
∎ work with honesty and integrity.
∎ Fluent in writing and speaking in English.
∎ Experience in using data analytics tools and techniques is prefer.
