∎ - Problem-solving skills to manage unexpected situations and ensure smooth operational processes.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ - Schedule and manage patient appointments for OPD consultations, ensuring efficient time management and minimal wait times.
∎ - Assist in the admission process for In-Patient Department (IPD), including documentation, bed allocation and coordination with nursing and administrative staff.
∎ - Facilitate the smooth flow of patients in the OPD by guiding them to the appropriate consultation rooms and managing consultation queues.
∎ - Accurately input patient information into the hospital management system, maintaining up-to-date records for appointments, admissions and discharges.
∎ - Provide clear communication to patients and their families regarding appointment schedules, admission procedures, and other inquiries, ensuring a positive patient experience.
