∎ Candidate must be good in English speaking and writing.
∎ Candidate must be well presentable and able to motivate students.
∎ Candidates must be active, punctual, responsible, and dynamic.
∎ American International University Bangladesh,North South University,East West University,Independent University, Bangladesh,BRAC University students will get preference
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintaining students files and information
∎ Making appointments with the students
∎ Welcoming visitors to the office
∎ Answering phone calls
∎ Taking and delivering messages
∎ Scheduling meetings and sending meeting invites to attendees
∎ Responding to students inquiries in a polite and timely manner
∎ Manage data in spreadsheets and reports
∎ Keep records and reports up to date
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 19 to 29 years
