Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Supervise and manage on-site interior fit-out activities, ensuring alignment with design specifications and project plans.
∎ Interpret and execute interior drawings, layouts, and material specifications.
∎ Ensure quality control by monitoring materials, finishes, and workmanship to maintain high design standards.
∎ Coordinate with interior designers, project managers, contractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth execution.
∎ Oversee installation of flooring, ceilings, wall finishes, furniture, and lighting as per design requirements.
∎ Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards and project timelines.
∎ Resolve on-site challenges and provide technical guidance to workers and subcontractors.
∎ Maintain daily site reports, track progress, and update project stakeholders on developments.
∎ Ensure the procurement and use of correct materials as per project specifications.
∎ Assist in handover procedures, ensuring all aspects of the interior works meet the required standards.
