∎ Skills Required: 3d rendering, BOQ, Budgeting Cost Estimation, Planning and monitoring, Project Management, statistical analysis and predictive modeling
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 4 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Interior Design
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To determine the company's goals and requirements for the project.
∎ To consider how the space will be used and how people will move through the space.
∎ To sketch preliminary design, including electrical and partition layouts.
∎ To specify materials and furnishings, such as lighting, furniture, wall finishes, flooring, and plumbing fixtures.
∎ To design project from concept to completion.
∎ To define project requirements and schedule during the "brief".
∎ To research and decide on materials and products sourcing.
∎ To produce "sample" and "mood products".
∎ To work closely with designers, decorators, architects and constructors.
∎ To research and follow industry changes, evolutions and best practices.
∎ To set costs and project fees according to budget.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 27 years
∎ Proven working experience in decorating interior spaces (consultations, renovations, space planning and new constructions).
∎ Expertise in layout, color, lighting, materials selection, custom furniture and all installations.
∎ Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Max, Illustrator or other design programs.
∎ Excellent portfolio of previous works.
∎ Creative talent, imagination and eye for design.
∎ Communication and presentation skills.
∎ Project management skills.
