Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch) in Architecture
∎ Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
∎ Proven experience as an Interior Designer in an established interior design firm or related industry.
∎ Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite.
∎ Strong knowledge of materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and industry standards.
∎ Excellent design sense and the ability to think creatively while understanding clients' functional requirements.
∎ Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts effectively.
∎ Project management skills, including the ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
∎ Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality designs.
∎ Portfolio showcasing previous design projects and proficiency in creating visual presentations.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Interior Design, Architecture Firm

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Sufficient knowledge about interior design and Furniture is must.
∎ To prepare 3D design as per the Instruction of management is must.
∎ Experienced in project handover & supervision.
∎ Creating realistic 3d models and working drawing by computer-aided design (AutoCAD, 3D Studio MAX/Sketch up with V-Ray/Lumion Render and Photoshop).
∎ Sound Knowledge in Modern Interior Design & amp Drawing.
∎ Will be responsible for designing and complete project management from start to finish.
∎ Conceptualizing new ideas and creative visualization.
∎ Understand the client's requirements and achieving their satisfactory level through design.
∎ Capability to do the commercial and residential interior project.
∎ Client Meeting, Site Measurement, Market Visit
∎ Other work as assigned by the Management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in Interior & Exterior Firm/ 3D visualize.
∎ Strong Knowledge in Interior & Exterior design, construction materials & measurement & Quotation.
∎ Excellent communication skills with sense in colors and visualizations.
∎ Should be able to design and present design in Auto CAD, Photoshop, 3D studio Max, V-Ray and 3D drawing software and capable to making animation using Lumion or other similar tools.
∎ Must be able to work under pressure and finish work within deadline.
