∎ Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch) in Architecture
Requirements:
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ Strong portfolio with a proven track record of leading high-quality interior projects.
∎ Strong aesthetic sense and problem-solving ability.
∎ Knowledge of ceiling materials like gypsum boards, MDF, Gorjon ply and veneered boards.
∎ Knowledge of wiring systems for aesthetic lighting, CCTV, sound, internet, intercom and electricity.
∎ Knowledge of HVAC and VRF systems.
∎ Knowledge of sanitary and plumbing works.
∎ Knowledge of layout, partition works, plastering, painting, thai, glass, grill, railing, and others.
∎ Knowledge of Standard Dimensions as per Architectural Aesthetics.
∎ Resourceful with interior contractors and workers.
∎ Problem-solving, working under stress tolerantly, honesty, ethics, punctuality, and the capability of handing over projects within the deadline.
∎ Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office, SketchUp and Photoshop.
∎ Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities with precision in calculations and design.
∎ Strong communication skills and must be capable of raising instant project scenarios to the reporting boss through apps and emails.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Ensure the quality of workmanship as per the drawings by the interior designers.
∎ Ensure the quality of marbles, tiles, granites and oversee their finishing works.
∎ Any other task assigned by the company.
