∎ Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar).

∎ Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, 3DS Max, SketchUp, Revit, or similar).
∎ Understanding of finishes, furnishings, and textiles specific to interior environments.
∎ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
∎ Minimum 5 Years’ Experience: Demonstrated ability to lead creative design projects in an interior-focused setting.
∎ Software Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD, 3DS Max, SketchUp, Revit, or similar tools for conceptual and detailed design. Familiarity with rendering software (3ds Max, V-Ray, etc.) is a plus.
∎ Communication & Leadership: Strong verbal and written communication for client-facing presentations and internal team coordination.
∎ Attention to Detail: Capable of reviewing design documentation for accuracy and feasibility, ensuring alignment with overall project objectives.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Creative Direction: Interpret the Chief Interior Architect’s design vision and develop sketches, mood boards, and presentations to convey concepts clearly.
∎ Material & Finish Selection: Research and propose materials, finishes, and furnishings that align with the design narrative.
∎ Team Coordination: Collaborate with technical architects and construction teams to ensure the creative intent is accurately executed on-site.
∎ Project Oversight: Maintain design consistency from conceptualization to final installation, ensuring that quality and brand standards are upheld.
∎ Client Engagement: Participate in presentations and meetings, effectively communicating design ideas and addressing client feedback.
∎ We are seeking an Architect (Creative) for our interior architecture firm, specializing in design-turnkey solutions. The ideal candidate will work alongside the Chief Interior Architect, translating the firm’s creative vision into actionable concepts and guiding the design team to deliver projects that meet both aesthetic and functional goals.
