Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Architecture from any reputed University
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 6 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare Interior/Architectural Design Concept, plan, elevation, Detail working drawing, 3D Visualization and Cost Estimation.
∎ Sound Knowledge in Modern Design & Drawing.
∎ Should have the quality to monitor, supervise or any other duties assigned by the management.
∎ Independently work with In-House Design team for on-time design submission as required by department head or management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 26 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Age 21 to 35 years.
∎ Both male and female are allowed to apply.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Interior Design, Architectural Design, Product Design, Graphic Design, 3D Visualization, 3D Animation, Art & Sketch, etc.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Architectural Firm, Interior Firm.
∎ Must need to have the knowledge of Auto CAD, 3D Studio Max, V-Ray Render, Photoshop and Illustrator.
∎ Candidate should be of honest, confident, smart, professional, hardworking, energetic and pleasant personality.
∎ Good communication skill, smart & dynamic to work with comfortable office environment & site supervision.
∎ Have to be resourceful and creative problem solver.
∎ Have to be good communicator - verbally, graphically and in written form.
