Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg)
∎ Must have a minimum bachelor degree in engineering with minimum CGPA 3 or above (@ any of the mentioned departments)
∎ BSc. with a diploma background will be an advantage.
∎ Continuing postgraduate (M.Sc.) students are welcome to apply
∎ Good theoretical and practical knowledge is mandatory.
∎ Must have the presentation and digital content (slide) making skills.
∎ NTVQF certification will be an advantage.
∎ Skills Required: Communication skill, Internet browsing & online workability., Microsoft PowerPoint, Online Class, Presentation Skills, Team working

Job Context:
∎ Have to conduct academic activities of one of the following departments:
∎ Mechanical
∎ Civil
∎ Computer
∎ Electrical
∎ Textile
∎ Mathmetics

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Enjoying the work
∎ Preparing class content and delivery methods.
∎ Attend training and workshop for self-development
∎ Conducting theory classes.
∎ Conducting practical classes.
∎ Arrange student's key skill development activities.
∎ Project supervision.
∎ Mentoring students.
∎ Guiding students.
∎ Communicate with parents.
∎ Reporting to supervisor(s).
∎ Monitoring and evaluation of students and identify needs.
∎ Be a friendly mentor to students.
∎ Participate in and arrange co-curricular activities.
∎ Upgrade own and students soft skills.
∎ Usual Working Hours (8 AM-3 PM) 6 days

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 36 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply

Salary:
∎ Tk. 12000 - 15000 (Monthly)
∎ It is a permanent position, required 1 year of continuity to be permanent.Salary will be fixed after negotiation for an experienced candidate.Fresh Graduate will get 12K to 15K consolidated amount for 6 months of probation period based on interview performance.After six months of satisfactory probation, end of the probation period candidate will get further salary revision.After 1 year, salary will be given according to payroll policy including contributory Provident Fund.
