∎ The candidate should have Diploma in Food Technology or Dairy Science or Food Engineering with minimum 2nd class/ division or CGPA or equivalent result in all academic examinations

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ To test the online product quality as per QMS to meet the regulatory requirement;
∎ To verify the online process activities as per standard operating procedure and QMS;
∎ To test RM, PM and chemical through testing and inspecting;
∎ To check the factory hygienic status;
∎ To implement GMP in the factory through monitoring and training up the staffs;
∎ To verify the CCP and OPRP data of all process line;
∎ To verify the batch calculation record;
∎ To test the raw material quality before adding with batch;
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme’s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment;
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action;
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.
