Infection Control Derartment of any reputed Hospital
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Advise hospital staff on all aspects of infection control and maintain a safe environment for patients and staff.
∎ Establish systems of surveillance of hospital infection in order to identify at-risk patients and problem areas that need intervention.
∎ Advise management of patients who need special isolation and infection control measures.
∎ Undertake routine round to relevant wards and departments to ensure that infection control procedures are being carried out in accordance with policies and guidelines.
∎ Develop and maintain educational programs regarding infection control for all hospital staff.
∎ Contribute to the production, updates, implementation and monitoring of infection control guidelines in collaboration with other experts and specialists, promoting and facilitating evidence based infection control practice.
∎ Investigate and control outbreaks of infection in collaboration with medical and nursing staff.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Understanding and awareness of infection control issues in national and international context.
∎ Clinical experience of 02 years in infection control would be an additional qualification.
∎ Professional knowledge and skills combined with excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage others and influence their practice and behavior.
∎ Experience with a range of computer software packages including: Microsoft Office Word, Excel, Power Point etc.
∎ Excellent communication skills
