Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 45 years
∎ Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
∎ However, preference will be given to candidates with 2 to 5 years of experience in the Production Planning and Control section, particularly those who have worked in the WPP, FIBC, Jumbo Bag, or RMG sectors.
∎ Excellent writing and speaking skills in English and Bangla is a pre-requisite.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and implement monthly and quarterly production plans and innovative product processes.
∎ Coordinate the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) across all business functions to ensure excellent customer service at optimized costs.
∎ Monitor inventory-related KPIs, such as inventory turns and hits.
∎ Handle capacity planning for production units, collaborating with operations to enhance service and reduce costs.
∎ Regularly assess performance through reports, conduct gap analyses, and initiate corrective actions.
∎ Lead Lean/Sigma and Kaizen projects, like Inventory Reduction and Vendor Managed Inventory.
∎ Perform general management duties, including staff performance appraisals, promotions, and terminations.
∎ Sinobangla Industries Limited, a 100% export-oriented China-Bangladesh joint venture Company, engaged in production of WPP & FIBC bags, is looking for suitable candidate to fill up the following vacancy in the factory.
∎ Responsibilities:
