Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc in Industrial Engineering /BE.from any reputed university
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Building & Factory Design With 3d Visualization, Factory/ Plant/ Facility Management, Operation & Maintenance, Project Management/ Co-ordinator
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Cement Industry, Manufacturing (Light Engineering & Heavy Industry), Steel, Technical Infrastructure, Tiles/Ceramic
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assess Standard Minute Value (SMV) of the machineries.
∎ Calculate the Unit per Labor Hour (UPLH) production for each product line.
∎ Determine the Cycle Time for the machineries and fixed the production target for product line.
∎ Take Measure improve Utilization of Equipment Efficiency (UEE) for the all machinery.
∎ Perform Total Protective Maintenance (TPM) include- Preventive, Predictive and Schedule Maintenance to increase the efficiency of the machineries.
∎ Take Care the Machineries, Spare and Parts under active custody to prevent loss and missing out.
∎ Solve and Instant support to technical & production people and supervise the method of solution.
∎ Evaluate and Revise of all work methods and work flow as per the supervise direction to ensure that machineries are ergonomically correct.
∎ Update technical Knowledge, maintain and regulation with industrial process.
∎ Inspect equipment, structures, or materials to identify the cause of errors or other problems or defects.
∎ Develop, Design and Create new applications, ideas in connection with system of products.
∎ Recommend technical design or process changes to improve efficiency, quality, or performance of man & machine.
∎ Recommend and formulate process for product safety features that will reduce employees' exposure to chemical,physical, and biological work hazards.
∎ Report or review findings from accident investigations, facilities inspections, or environmental testing with records,systems, document design or operational test results.
∎ Provide Guidance and Expert advice to the management or Pair Groups on technic, systems or process-related to materials and machineries.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Experience with work measurement methodologies and tools with an emphasis on time study expertise
∎ Experience in best ways to eliminate wastefulness in production processes.
∎ Experience with productivity tracking, data collection systems
∎ Excellent planning, organization, and problem solving skills
∎ Excellent PC skills - Excel, Access, Word, PowerPoint
∎ Experience developing database reports utilizing data pulled from various system sources
