∎ Job Location - Ashulia, Gazipur, Dhaka.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Incumbent will be responsible to ensure Industrial Engineering Labor Standard of all products.
∎ Cooperate with production team to ensure the factory efficiency with existing capacity.
∎ Design & maintain effective warehouse management system.
∎ Ensure proper system of incentives based of efficiency of staffs.
∎ Ensuring lean manufacturing by reducing non value-added process.
∎ Analyzing the upcoming products to find out probable difficulties & to take pre cautions accordingly.
∎ Analyzing the existing machine, equipment, fitting, fixtures & project probable upgradation.
∎ Designing most effective factory layout to facilitate the inter department somooth connectivity.
∎ Implementing methods of cost reduction in material & production process.
∎ Arranging proper training for staff/worker to be habituated with the changes brought in system.
∎ Any other tasks as assigned by top management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Incumbent should be innovative & eager to learn new methodologies.
∎ Should have expertise in overall operational breakdown.
∎ Should have good command over Written & Spoken English.
∎ Must of good concept of production process & machineries.
∎ Capable to work individually as well as in team.
