∎ Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Industrial Engineering
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)

Pharmaceuticals
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Review the existing layout of equipment, materials, and workspace to maximize efficiency using IE method/tools.
∎ Optimize use of floor space, materials, personnel, and equipment.
∎ Support manufacturing teams to improve efficiency and resolve resource issues.
∎ Analyze existing operations and propose cost reduction strategy.
∎ Optimize employee production and material efficiency through continuous improvement.
∎ Maintain high quality standards through on-the-floor interaction with colleagues to ensure quality and accuracy in each step of the production process.
∎ Play a key role in implementation of new processes, equipment, and products.
∎ Ensure Proper Method & Time Study
∎ Initiate, plan, execute, and control strategic projects to accomplish operations’ strategic goals with the view of optimizing the process.
∎ Set up every day standard input ratio & create sensitivity to workers about new methods systematically in respect of pharmaceutical manufacturing unit.
∎ Identify & eliminate bottlenecks that delay production associated schedules to meet the ultimate standard and initiate simplification in the overall production process.
∎ Coordinate problem solving activities on plant floor with multi-department resources.
∎ Establish operational methods and work standards using various work measurement techniques.
∎ Analyze existing operations and propose cost justified improvements.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 27 to 35 years
∎ Team player with patience to learn on the job.
∎ Clarity in understanding & designing the problem/solution.
∎ Ability to work with different departments while implementing the solution.
∎ Determination to prepare monitoring tools and supervise the implementation, in order to succeed.
∎ Multi-tasking trait is a bonus.
∎ Willingness to study at work-site or in a close proximity is a must. Good communication skills in both English and Bengali
∎ Able to work under pressure and complete the task within a preset time-frame.
