∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Electrical & Electronic Engineering, Bachelor of Science (BSc), Master of Science (MSc)
∎ Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Automation, or related field

∎ Ability to work independently and deliver results within defined timelines
∎ Proven experience (3+ years preferred) in industrial automation, control systems, or related roles
∎ Expertise in PLC programming (e.g., Siemens, Mitsubishi, Allen-Bradley, Schneider, etc.)
∎ Experience with SCADA/HMI, DCS systems (e.g., Wonderware, WinCC, Ignition)
∎ Solid understanding of industrial communication protocols (Modbus, Profibus, Ethernet/IP, etc.)
∎ Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and project management skills
∎ Knowledge of robotics, vision systems, or motion control
∎ Experience with Process data archiving and reporting, Audit trails, IIoT or Industry 4.0 integration
∎ Dot matrix Printer Integration with PLC
∎ Familiarity with AutoCAD or EPLAN for electrical schematics
∎ Ability to develop FDS, P&ID, SOPs, user manuals, and training guides
∎ Preferred Skills:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Design, develop, and implement industrial automation systems, including PLCs, HMIs, SCADA, DCS, high-end IPCs and sensors
∎ Analyze existing workflows and recommend automation strategies to improve efficiency and reduce manual processes
∎ Select appropriate hardware, software, and control systems based on project requirements
∎ Program and configure automation components such as PLCs (Siemens, Mitsubishi, Allen-Bradley, etc.), VFDs, HMI panels and high-end IPCs
∎ Conduct system testing, troubleshooting, and optimization
∎ Ensure systems comply with safety, quality, and industry standards
∎ Provide documentation, training, and technical support to internal teams as required
∎ Collaborate with electrical and mechanical teams to integrate systems seamlessly
∎ Stay updated on emerging technologies in automation, robotics, and IIoT
