∎ Skills Required: 5s, Cost and budget, Kaizen, Lean Management, Project Engineer, Project Management/ Co-ordinator, Six Sigma
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Administration, Budgeting Cost Estimation, Factory/ Plant/ Facility Management, Handling manpower, Industrial Engineering, Industrial Production Engineering, KPI, LCMC, Project Budgeting, Silo projects
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Manufacturing (FMCG), Manufacturing (Light Engineering & Heavy Industry)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for planning of operational budget for electrical services oriented department.
∎ Monthly, yearly budget preparation for maintenance and troubleshooting.
∎ Drafting process ideas to reduce costs.
∎ To capable well known, develop & works with the silo system.
∎ Ensuring maximum utilization of man hour.
∎ Creating detailed plans for safety & Quality standard.
∎ Analyzing data to develop departmental cost optimization.
∎ Risk assessments & skill development.
∎ Monitoring & implementing upgraded process.
∎ Ensuring maximum utilization of resources.
∎ Any other tasks assigned by higher management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Preference will be given to candidates with below training/courses: 1.Lean Six Sigma Course. 2.5S Training 3.Talent Management & Succession Planning. 4.KPI Master Class. 5.Leadership training In Managerial Communication (LCMC). 6.Project Management Professional (PMP).
∎ Can work under pressure.
∎ Good communication skill with pleasant personality.
