∎ Partially Qualified-CA/CMA preferable.
Experience Requirements:

Policy Development, SOP Development
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Electronic Equipment/Home Appliances, Manufacturing (FMCG), Group of Companies
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Create, update and review different policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company, local regulations and applicable labor law.
∎ Provide support, including overseeing the implementation of any compliance requirements and monitoring and updating any existing policies or procedures.
∎ Work collaboratively with operations, Legal, Finance, HR & other departments to develop practical procedures in support of policies and SOP.
∎ Accountable for the design, development, publication and implementation of policies and procedures relative to the ongoing trans-formative activities across practices.
∎ Document and maintain organization wide standard operating procedures and business rules to support business operations.
∎ Facilitate Standard operating procedures (SOP's) and business rules review sessions periodically.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Should have knowledge in Policy Making, Internal Audit, SOP, Compliances.
∎ Knowledge of Bangladesh Labor Law, Policy and SOP, Auditing procedure and HR Audit, report writing.
∎ Proficiency in Auditing software and MS office (Especially MS Excel and MS Word)
∎ Good Communication and interpersonal skills to deal with Management.
