Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Have the ability to analyze the skills of team members and recognize their strengths and areas for development.
∎ Possess strong leadership skills and the ability to effectively assess situations and make appropriate decisions.
∎ Ensuring continuous production maintenance department mechanical-related works like mold maintenance, workshop, machine maintenance, etc.
∎ All types of mold-related spare parts as per store stock to maintain
∎ To undertake and solve all mold-related tasks.
∎ Quickly resolve any critical mold issues.
∎ Ensuring the management of tool-room work.
∎ Ensuring daily reports of mold maintenance.
∎ Liaising with all concerned with maintenance.
∎ When social compliance, ISO standards, and other new versions are required
∎ Creating an organizational culture to uphold the code of conduct.
∎ Also to do any work in the interest of the company as decided by the higher authority of the company
∎ Job Responsibilities:
∎ The Incharge of mold maintenance is responsible for leading the mold maintenance team and ensuring the efficient operation of all mold-related activities within the production maintenance department. This role requires strong leadership and decision-making skills to manage and develop team members, oversee mold and machine maintenance, and ensure compliance with industry standards
∎ Context:
