Educational Requirements:
∎ The candidate should have Graduate in any discipline with minimum 2nd class/ division or CGPA 2.50 or equivalent result in all academic examinations

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Preparation and plan for milk collection by ensuring necessary test for quality control and preserve to the milk tank with proper maintain of hygiene and cleaning.
∎ Attending the regular farmer’s meeting, identification of farmer’s need/problems & necessary suggestion for solving the problems.
∎ Updating all registers, bill voucher and all records regularly for smooth functioning of chilling centers.
∎ To maintain stock of spare parts, chemical, dairy equipment and making timely fund requisition for milk bill payment.
∎ To ensure quality milk collection and fair price payment implementation of the milk producers.
∎ To ensure all financial activities and to ensure smooth operation of chilling center activities.To contact with regional manager & maintenance manager for solving any problems/suggestion as and when necessary.
∎ To prepare daily requisition of milk tanker, daily milk collection report and stock report etc.
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme’s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.
